DONALD A. GLENN, CPA/ABV, CFE, CVA

Donald A. Glenn is a Certified Public Accountant, Accredited in Business Valuation by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Certified Fraud Examiner and Certified Valuation Analyst with over 30 years experience. He is a partner with Glenn & Dawson, LLP in Walnut Creek, CA. He was founding chair of the California Society of CPA's Family Law Section and author of the California Society of CPA's Family Law Workshop course. He is frequently a court-appointed expert in California Superior and Federal Bankruptcy Courts. He is a member of the national standards committee of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. Mr. Glenn has served on the National Board of Directors of the Institute of Management Accountants and the State Board of Directors of the California Society of CPA's. He was a member of the Technical Review Panel and served as an expert for the California Board of Accountancy. He has participated as faculty expert in the U.C. Hastings Law School trial advocacy program. Mr. Glenn is a nationally known lecturer to judges, attorneys, CPAs and other groups on Forensic Accounting and has authored numerous articles. He was the first recipient of the California Society of CPA's state Family Law Section's "Distinguished Service Award" for his contributions to forensic accounting.

CPAs with the ABV designation must re-certify every three years, demonstrating substantial involvement in the business valuation discipline and completing professional education requirements.
